Decision Summary
Production Ready for CSI internal infrastructure, Linux desktops/workstations and controlled small-business hosts. Not the default for enterprise, compliance-sensitive, headless or vendor-supported server workloads; use Ubuntu Server LTS, Debian or an enterprise Linux platform there.

Backup Strategy
Timeshift OS snapshots plus separate application/data backup and periodic Rescuezilla bare-metal image; maintain an off-host copy.
